Questions/Activities:
- What type of recurring imagery was used in the film? Was it effective? Why or why not?
- Open a discussion with your students. Prompt them with questions asking if they have ever felt like they didn’t fit in. Why or why not? Take the opportunity to have your students try and empathize with the children depicted in the video.
- Self-portrait: Have your students create a self portrait. Encourage them to depict themselves using elements that aren’t strictly their own physical form. Urge them to represent themselves through different imagery.
