Education

Ages 12 to 17
Identify key shareholders who have a stake in native hunting and fishing rights. Students will develop either a position paper, a PSA, short play or investigative news story which addresses land claim agreements which affirm the rights of First Nations people to hunt primarily for food. Have modern times altered the need among First Nations people to live off the land? How is environmental sustainability practiced?
