Ce court métrage d'animation d'Eugene Fedorenko raconte l'histoire d'un enfant rejeté et recueilli par deux clochards. Ce film, qui a remporté l'Oscar® du meilleur court métrage d'animation en 1979, a été réalisé pour commémorer la déclaration de l’UNICEF sur les droits de l’Enfant. Il illustre le principe suivant : «L'enfant a droit, dès sa naissance, à un nom et à une nationalité. » Un court métrage sans parole avec la participation des Mimes électriques au bruitage.
