This documentary offers a compassionate, open-minded look at LSD and how it fits into our world. Long before Timothy Leary urged a generation to "tune in, turn on and drop out," the drug was hailed as a way to treat forms of addiction and mental illness. At the same time, it was being touted as a powerful tool for mental exploration and self-understanding. Featuring interviews with LSD pioneers, beautiful music and stunning cinematography, this is much more than a simple chronicle of LSD's early days. It's an alternative way of looking at the drug... and our world.

Using LSD for addiction is a good idea. The give out opioids like candy I believe the pharmaceutical companies are are keeping LSD therapy at bay. It's another tool to combat addiction. So they should have it as an alternative if people choose to use another way of not using drugs.

Amazing how certain jewels remain burred for so long.

I found you could fast-forward by clicking where you want in the time bar and holding it for several seconds. The white bar then extends to the point where you clicked and held and the movie plays from there.

Is there no way to fastforward on this movie player? It is sometimes difficult to watch a whole doc at one sitting but I would like to see the rest without repeating what I have already seen. Please enable the ability to scroll through the films.
