Souvenirs de guerre

Souvenirs de guerre

| 16 min

Use the following questions to start a discussion with students in media class: How does the filmmaker evoke that climate formally? What figures and symbols appear during the narrative, and what do they refer to? What purpose do the colourful illuminated miniatures serve in telling the story? Why use songs in an animated film where there is no dialogue, only sound effects? Did you notice any images taken directly from reality? What is the overall effect of this film?
