Court métrage d’animation de George Geersten sur une chanson populaire de Mary Travers, dite « La Bolduc ». Considérée comme étant la première chansonnière québécoise, madame Bolduc a enregistré La Bastringue dans les années 1930 et acquis rapidement une immense popularité au Québec et en Nouvelle-Angleterre. Elle demeure encore aujourd'hui une figure bien vivante de la culture du terroir.
