Un pilote de guerre traumatisé atterrit en catastrophe par la fenêtre de son appartement. En rentrant du travail, son épouse découvre qu’il a maintenant une turbine d’avion à la place du visage et qu’il est tombé amoureux du ventilateur de plafond de la cuisine. Pour sauver leur mariage qui bat de l’aile, elle décide qu’elle ne laissera plus son humanité se mettre en travers de leur amour.
