Trevor Cameron

A writer and director of Métis/Scottish descent, active since the late 1980s, Trevor Cameron has credits on Cashing In, Mixed Blessings, Wapos Bay and other TV series. His work has been honoured at the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival and the Gemini Awards, and his short film Quickies won a Showcase Award at the Aboriginal Media Arts Network. Cameron has a background in improvisational comedy and is an alumnus of Penticton’s En’owkin Centre, a post-secondary institution focussed on Indigenous knowledge.
