This film begins by showing Muhammed and Yulanda Faris’s devotion to the arts and culture and then engages the viewer in a discussion of the vital role of generosity in sustaining the life of a couple. These two people are patrons of the arts and their life as a couple has grown stronger because of their support for culture. How great a role does an individual play in cultural development? Do ethnic or other differences create obstacles that hinder a healthy relationship? Does a couple need to share passionate interests for love to grow?
