“i think its unfair how other races have to work a lot harder then white people only to get about half as far. Things shouldn't be different for different races. If someone of color wants to get a certain job then he or she should get the job if they have the proper requirements just the same as everyone else.” — JasonST, 9 Mar 2011

“I think it's unfair to be judged on something you have no control over. It's sad that we still aren't past the point of deciding who people are based on only skin color. I personally feel that a person should always be judged on what they do rather than who they are, hopefully one day we'll learn our lesson, otherwise I don't see how we'll turn into anything but a nation of hate. ” — Stephen--Roy, 9 Mar 2011

“Appearances can be deceiving. I'll be the first to admit, when I see a young black male I normally feel intimidated. This must be the same way most employers feel when one comes looking for work. However, this is wrong, people need to be given a chance. But, a person must remember that appearances are nearly everything when applying for a job. Very insightful video. ” — Gabe, 9 Mar 2011

“People of different races should not have to work a lot more harder than another other person just to prove they able to stay and work there. I do not think this is much of a problem in as many workplaces now.” — Brandon, 9 Mar 2011
