Have students discuss the spectrum of mental-health issues with regards to OCD, especially in the context of the mother’s statement “I don’t have OCD, but I am a perfectionist.” Another person in the film says that if he had a broken arm it would be okay, but it’s not okay to have a mental-health issue. Have students discuss this prejudice in our society.
