In this feature film, Chloe, a young Canadian doctor, divides her time between Ramallah, where she works, and Jerusalem, where she lives. She goes through the daily routine of passing through checkpoints to get to the refugee camp where she monitors the pregnancies of young women, becoming increasingly aware of, and sensitive to, the ongoing conflict. As she fosters friendships in both Israel and Palestine, Chloe is torn between the two sides, trying her best to build bridges but ultimately realizing that she is doomed to remain an outsider.
