In this award-winning personal documentary, we join Joe Cross on his mission to reclaim his health, trading junk food for juice. Suffering from a rare, debilitating autoimmune disease, medicated and overweight, Joe decides leave his native Australia and take an American roadtrip with his juicer in tow. For the next 60 days and across 3,000 miles, Joe subsists on the juice of raw fruits and veggies, talking to Americans about their health and habits. He is slowly but surely finding his way back to health, when at a truck stop in Arizona, Joe meets Phil Staples, a 429 lb truck driver who has the same autoimmune disease. What follows is an amazing story of connection and healing.
