Ce court métrage documentaire pose un regard intimiste sur l’un des acteurs les plus applaudis du Canada, Brent Carver, alors que celui-ci fait une exaltante démonstration de ses deux grandes passions : le théâtre et le chant. Alors qu’il tisse une puissante prestation réunissant Shakespeare et le chant, nous observons, dans un moment privilégié d’intimité, un artiste extrêmement talentueux et créatif s’effacer totalement pour interpréter son personnage.
Ce film a été réalisé à l’occasion de la remise des Prix des Gouverneur général pour les arts du spectacle 2014.
