This short experimental film features the music and philosophies of the Montreal punk band CPC Gangbangs. With a tongue-in-cheek look at the band's manifesto on "chaos," Matthew Goerzen applied these "rules" to make this film, which is part of the Making Music 2007 emerging filmmaker initiative, produced in association with the Pop Montreal festival.
