Education

Ages 14 to 17
School subjects
Take students on a field trip to a museum. Encourage them to note the building’s architecture, and how it is integrated into its surroundings. Does the architecture embody and express the character of the museum? What did students feel during the course of the visit? Ask them to select a work from the permanent collection and research its history, including its journey to the museum.
