This film is an account of the California tour Quebec musical group Harmonium made alongside Premier René Lévesque in 1978. Geared to promote the province as well as introduce the group to the world's biggest music market, the tour was a mitigated success for the band. Here, we follow the ups and downs of Harmonium's promotional efforts and hear some of their music.
