Science at the Top of the World - Field Work: Permafrost - Part 2 - How to Measure It

This short documentary is part of the Science and the Top of the World series, which profiles the eco-systems of the Canadian Arctic and the people who study, monitor, and live in them. In this vignette, Parks Canada ecologist Darroch Whitaker and colleagues Caroline Duchesne and Wendy Sladen from the Geological Survey of Canada venture into the remote valleys of Torngat Mountains National Park to install permafrost monitoring equipment.
