Discover Science: Episode 15 - Let's See the Speed of Sound

This experiment tests the speed at which sound travels. As loud sounds travels across a 1.7-kilometre-long line of people, each person raises a flag when they hear the sound in order to visually confirm its movement and demonstrate its speed.
