This short documentary examines the nuclear disaster that followed the 11 March 2011 earthquake and tsunami that rocked Japan’s Fukushima Prefecture. That day, Japan is hit with the 5th-strongest earthquake ever recorded, but the real legacy of this disaster is the ensuing nuclear disaster: a series of equipment failures, nuclear meltdowns and releases of radioactive materials from the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant. This film tells the story of a chain of errors that led to largest nuclear accident since Chernobyl.
